Let’s talk about interviews. Or, as I like to call them, the time when you forget every single word you’ve ever known. You’ve prepped for hours, you've researched the company, and you’ve even Googled "common interview questions". But when they ask, “Tell me about a time you failed,” suddenly, you’re struck dumb. Your brain, which was previously capable of reciting the entire plot of The Office, can’t even remember how to string a sentence together.
“Oh, well, there was that one time I… uh, failed to meet a deadline… like, once... maybe? I was definitely working on that, though.”
Cringe. But don’t worry! The real magic happens when you leave the interview and suddenly think of 37 better answers. Where was that brilliance when you needed it?
