Certified through Career Counselling Services (UK) to administer the CCS coaching principles which are accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC), and having trained with the International Academy for Professional Development (UK) in Stress Management and Wellbeing, my programs combine research-backed methods with a strong emphasis on tangible results.
I hold a Master’s degree in HR Management, a Bachelor’s in Communications, and I’m an Affiliate Member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
